What Treatment May Include
Each session is personalized and may include a carefully curated combination of:
Acupuncture needling
Cupping therapy
Heat therapy
Hands-on bodywork
These techniques are often used together to address pain, chronic tension, stress-related conditions, and movement limitations. When appropriate, Chinese medicine principles and herbal support may be recommended to support long-term wellness.
Nervous System, Stress, and Supportive Care
Acupuncture is particularly effective for regulating the nervous system and reducing stress. Many patients describe treatments as deeply calming, restorative, and grounding. This regulation plays an important role in pain perception, recovery, and overall resilience.
For individuals undergoing chemotherapy, acupuncture may be used as supportive care to help manage side effects such as nausea and peripheral neuropathy, in coordination with their medical care team.
Appointments are intentionally limited to ensure focused, personalized care in a calm and private setting.
