Golden Leaf Acupuncture, Inc. is in network with FEB Blue Shield Plan, Blue Shield SHIP Wellfleet plans for UC Berkeley, and some Workman’s Compensation plans.

Please contact us directly to see if your health plan covers acupuncture visits. If the plan is not covered super bills will be provided for you to submit directly to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Most FSA/ HSA funds do cover acupuncture visits.
